I've always loved pewter. These are a collection of antique measures and pitcher that I've had sitting on our mantlepiece for a few years.

I got this fortune in my cookie at a little Chinese hole in the wall restaurant we stopped in somewhere close to San Diego. It was our first road trip. I think we had been dating about a month or six weeks.
Needless to say, we had a bit of an awkward chuckle at the time, but I slipped it into my wallet, and held on to it. Just in case.
It's been 17 years and counting.
